From 1 July 2017
The largest German presentation of Antony Gormley’s work to date goes on show at The Hall Art Foundation.
‘Being’ is an extensive solo exhibition spanning the artist’s career from the 1980s to the present day. Continuing Gormley’s investigations into how the body can be presented less as an object and more as a place, the show includes works on paper, large-scale installations, and indoor and outdoor sculptures.
The Hall Art Foundation is a museum space in Schloss Derneberg, near Hanover. The Foundation holds a collection of over 5000 post-war and contemporary artworks which are accessible to the public.
