Cerith Wyn Evans is featured in the group exhibition, 'Light Show', at the Hayward Gallery. The exhibition explores the experiential and phenomenal aspects of light by bringing together sculptures and installations that use light to sculpt and shape space in different ways.
The exhibition showcases artworks created from the 1960's to the present day, including projections and free-standing light sculptures such as Cerith Wyn Evans S=U=P=E=R=S=T=R=U=C=T=U=R=E ('Trace me back to some loud, shallow, chill, underlying motive’s overspill…').
The exhibition is curated by Dr Cliff Lauson, Hayward Gallery Curator.
Please note that some installations in the exhibition contain artificial mist, flashing or strobe lighting.
