Sound and video artist Christian Marclay became well known for his early experimentation with turntables and intentionally damaged records used to create sound collage. His 24-hour tour de force, 'The Clock', is a montage of film clips that show references to time synchronized to the minute with real time. Marclay will appear at SFMOMA for a discussion with cultural critic Greil Marcus.
