'Remix' is an exhibition of works by Georg Baselitz at the the Albertina Schausammlung in Vienna.
To mark the occasion of the artist's 75th birthday, the museum will present a selection of works from it's own collection of 120 by Baselitz that include paintings, watercolours, print graphics and drawings.
The title 'Remix' is taken from the highlight of this exhibition; an earlier series of paintings by Baselitz made in 2005-6 and, in which he has re-appropriated and re-staged his earlier works.
Parallel to Baselitz' solo exhibition, the Albertina Schausammlung will present the artist's private collection of colour woodcuts from the Renaissance period.
