10 September 2015 – 3 January 2016
Michael Armitage and Liu Wei are among the 60 artists from 28 different countries to participate in the 13th Biennale de Lyon curated by Ralph Rugoff. The exhibition, titled La vie moderne, explores the contradictory character of contemporary culture in varied regions of the world and addresses the ways in which multifarious legacies of the ‘modern’ era continue to colour and shape our perceptions.
The 13th Biennale de Lyon will take place in Lyon, France, from 10 September 2015 – 3 January 2016.
