26 August – 29 November 2015
ICA Boston presents a solo exhibition of works by Mona Hatoum, an artist whose poetic and political oeuvre is realised in a diverse and often unconventional range of media. Hatoum infuses familiar, even banal objects with an element of danger, references to violence or the capability to produce bodily harm.
The exhibition comprises eight works, drawn from the ICA’s Barbara Lee Collection of Art by Women.
