Ibrahim Mahama’s artist-run project space, exhibition, research and artist-residency hub ‘The Savannah Centre for Contemporary Art’ opens in Tamale, Ghana. This is the artist’s latest contribution towards the development and expansion of the contemporary art scene in the country.

The inaugural exhibition presents a retrospective of works by Ghanaian modernist Kofi Dawson.
