Etel Adnan is included in the group exhibition ‘WheredoIendandyoubegin – On Secularity’, which questions the role of secularity in society today. Secularity, in its contemporary Western liberal form, is based on the separation of religious belief and non-belief from the state, to create the conditions that produce and protect political and social equality.

Addressing the status of secularity today and questioning its future, the exhibition takes place around the city of Göteborg.
