Julie Mehretu and Damián Ortega are included in the group exhibition ‘Art and Space’ at the Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao. Featuring key works of the 20th and 21st centuries, this exhibition explores the concept of space through the practice of artists who engage with its infinite qualities. The result is an engaging dialogue among works from the Guggenheim Collection and private collections.

The exhibition is accompanied by an illustrated catalogue including texts and archival documentation by Damián Ortega and other artists, as well as critical essays by critic Sara Nadal-Melsió and the exhibition’s curator, Manuel Cirauqui.
