Rachel Kneebone and Sam Taylor-Wood at Deutsches-Hygienes Museum, Dresden
Works by Rachel Kneebone and Sam Taylor-Wood are included in a major new exhibition at the Deutsches Hygiene-Museum, dedicated to human passions. Curated by Catherine Nichols in collaboration with opera director Mariame Clément and set designer Julia Hansen, a range of objects have been assembled which cover a broad historical and cultural scope, from antiquity to the present. Conceived as a drama in five acts, the plot unfolds within a theatre set. Here visitors encounter the passions as characters in one and the same drama.
