Until 29 November 2014
Tracey Emin is one of over 20 artists featured in Drawing Room’s exhibition ‘The Nakeds’. The exhibition takes the work of Egon Schiele as a point of departure to explore artists’ use of the naked body. Touching on themes of love, shame, solitude and sexual longing, the curators invite the viewer to consider the distinction between the ‘nude’ and the ‘naked’; art and pornography.
Emin’s monoprints Don’t tell me that (2007) and holding and kissing (2013) are featured alongside works by Schiele, as well artists including Andy Warhol and Louise Bourgeois.
Drawing Room are also hosting a series of talks, events and workshops throughout the exhibition.
