Tracey Emin reading at 6 Fitzroy Square
Tracey Emin will be reading extracts from her forthcoming novel ‘The Vanishing Lake’ this Saturday at 6 Fitzroy Square. This reading will mark the closing day of the artist’s special off-site White Cube exhibition. The novel served as a catalyst for the new works especially created for the neoclassical house at Fitzroy Square, which was designed by Robert Adam in 1794. The artist has described the book as “Emotionally dark and twisted. No room for love....Just fear.”
