In this film, Antony Gormley discusses his exhibition Model at White Cube Bermondsey. Describing the works as the “culmination of 32 years of exploration”, Gormley talks about his main themes: scale and its relationship to context, the spatial re-description of the human body and sculpture as a reflexive instrument. These ideas are exemplified in the installation Model, a building within the gallery that attempts to make an objective correlative for the interior darkness of the body.
