In this film, Jeff Wall takes a closer look at his work Boy falls from tree (2010). Discussing the process of making the work – where around 400 photographs were taken before one image was finally chosen -– Wall examines the serious, yet 'wide open', motif in this work which is about a personal and elemental memory for the artist and an experience that everyone can connect to.
