The first White Cube space to exist outside of the UK, White Cube Hong Kong opened in 2012, at 50 Connaught Road in the heart of the city. Designed by architects Maybank and Matthews, the gallery is set over two floors, with an entrance on the ground floor street level. In addition to its two gallery spaces, which have a generous ceiling height of over 4.5 metres, there is a library and private viewing rooms.

Aftertime
15 January – 15 March 2025
The first exhibition of London-based painter Michele Fletcher in Hong Kong, ‘Aftertime’ contemplates humanity’s fraught relationship with the natural world. Fletcher cultivates lush terrains imbued with an aura of prophecy, envisioning through her new series of abstract paintings an upturned world order where plant life has supplanted humankind.

Lynne Drexler
The Seventies
26 March – 17 May 2025
White Cube is pleased to present the first exhibition in Asia of painting by American artist Lynne Drexler (1928–99).
Coinciding with Art Basel Hong Kong, ‘Lynne Drexler: The Seventies’ will debut never-before-seen works created during a pivotal decade in the artist’s practice.
