Modern Slavery Statement
This is the White Cube group’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending April 2026, made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This statement outlines the steps that White Cube has taken to prevent modern slavery within our business and supply chain.
White Cube is one of the world’s leading contemporary art galleries, with spaces in London, New York, Hong Kong, Paris and Seoul. We are an artist-led gallery, primarily selling art on behalf of artists, although we also sell art on the secondary market on behalf of consignors. In our bookshops and on our website, we sell books, prints and multiples.
We value the business of art and its cultural importance and acknowledge our shared responsibility to promote and comply with ethical standards within the art market. White Cube has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.
As part of our approach to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business, we have reviewed our internal hiring procedures, and we have completed our review of our main suppliers’ policies towards modern slavery. In addition to our general commitment to conducting business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws, we continue to conduct relevant staff training on ethics and compliance and to promote standards of integrity across all areas of our business.
The directors of White Cube Limited are responsible for this statement. It will next be reviewed in April 2027, with an updated statement published by September 2027.
