MoMA presents the world premiere of A Secret World by Josiah McElheny and Jeff Preiss. Marking their third film together, A Secret World is an experimental portrait of New York gallerist and publisher Christine Burgin. Told through Burgin’s Borgesian library of peculiar and visionary books, the film is an invitation into a universe of mystical thinking and imagination from McElheny and Preiss – longtime friends of Burgin.

‌The premiere of A Secret World will take place as part of MoMA’s ‘Modern Mondays’ series, which invites artists working in film and video to present their work in an intimate setting within the museum.
