Larry Bell at the Venet Foundation, Le Muy, France

Posted:

15 June – 15 September 2017

A site-specific, permanent commission by Larry Bell is on display in the sculpture garden of the Venet Foundation in southern France. Something Green, 2017, consists of three cubes made of transparent green glass and is displayed alongside other monumental sculptures by artists including Sol LeWitt, Richard Long, Arman, Frank Stella, Tony Cragg, Tony Smith, Anthony Caro, Philip King, Carl Andre, Robert Morris and Ulrich Rückriem.

The Venet Foundation was founded in 2014 by French conceptual artist Bernar Venet. The collection is built upon Venet’s friendship with a roster of minimal and conceptual artists, which is displayed alongside his own creations from the past 50 years throughout the Foundation’s galleries and sculpture garden.
