Four paintings by Sergej Jensen are included in the group exhibition ‘L’OFFRE’ celebrating the 10th anniversary of DHC/ART Foundation for Contemporary Art.

The exhibition focuses on works that engage with the complex concept of the ‘gift’ and its subsequent links with exchange, reciprocity, value, labour, trace, ritual, gratitude, altruism, obligation, generosity, and connection.

Jensen uses old money bags on the surface of his paintings, emphasising the idea of the artist’s gift and its perception within the art market.
