White Cube presents Theaster Gates’ latest film Dance of Malaga (2019) in the inaugural ‘Meridians’ sector at Art Basel Miami Beach, which is dedicated to large-scale installations.

The film furthers Gates’ exploration of performance and non-linear narratives through a commemoration of the people of Malaga island, Maine.
