* Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is operated by White Cube Limited, 144-152 Bermondsey Street, London SE1 3TQ.

2. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

3. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of White Cube and their immediate families.

4. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering the promotion, you release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with the promotion.

5. Entries must be received by Sunday 10 November 2024, 23:59 GMT. White Cube accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach White Cube by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and will not be counted.

6. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are non-transferable.

8. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Monday 11 November 2024.

9. Five winners will be randomly selected from the correctly completed entries. You may write to White Cube at legal@whitecube.com for a list of the surname and city of each winner.

10. The prize for each winner will be one copy of each of the following:

11. The prize will be mailed at White Cube’s cost to the address notified to White Cube by the winner, which must be in the United Kingdom.

12. Other than those specified above, White Cube shall not be liable for any costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with this prize and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any winner as result of accepting this prize.
13. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, White Cube reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice.
14. Each winner will be notified via email by Wednesday 13 November 2024. The winner must claim their prize within 10 working days of White Cube sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and White Cube reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
15. By entering this promotion, all entrants agree to the use of their personal data by White Cube for the purposes of running the promotion as detailed in these terms and conditions. Details on how we process the personal data of entrants can be found in our Privacy Policy.
